The figures below are agency-wide evidence, not supplement-specific results or targets for your account. The 32X result comes from an Irish fashion ecommerce client. Your product margins, repeat purchase rate and acquisition costs need their own plan; we do not turn another business’s performance into a guarantee.

Why supplement brands hit a ceiling on Meta
Health products need more than an aggressive acquisition campaign. Your messaging must stay within advertising and claims rules, while customers need enough confidence to try a product and a reason to return. A high headline ROAS can hide weak new-customer growth, heavy discounting or a business that only works if every buyer subscribes.
- Policy and claims restrictions: Meta reviews both ads and their destinations. Health-related messaging, implied personal attributes and unsupported claims can create problems even when the product itself is legitimate. Creative planning has to account for that from the start.
- Rising CPMs: more expensive impressions expose weak offers and landing pages. We look at the whole acquisition journey rather than blaming the auction or pushing spend into a funnel that is not converting.
- Creative fatigue: the same testimonial or product shot cannot carry every campaign indefinitely. A repeatable pipeline of different formats, objections and product explanations gives testing somewhere useful to go.
- First-order ROAS versus lifetime value: a first purchase and a retained subscriber have different economics. Targets should use observed repeat behaviour and contribution margin, not an optimistic lifetime value that has not materialised.
Built for subscriptions and repeat orders
Subscription growth starts with a product people want to keep using and an offer they understand. We plan subscribe-and-save messaging, bundles and acquisition tests around your real margins, delivery costs and retention data. A discounted first order is not success if customers cancel before the business recovers its acquisition spend.
Set lifetime-value-based targets from actual customer cohorts, with a clear payback window and room for uncertainty. Separate one-off buyers from subscribers so their economics do not blur together. Klaviyo email and SMS, where customers have given the appropriate permissions, can support welcome journeys, replenishment reminders and retention. Measure whether those flows bring incremental repeat orders, not simply whether they take credit for customers already buying.
Tracking you can trust
Use Shopify as the commercial reference point and check Meta reporting against store revenue. Review pixel and Conversions API setup, consent handling and event deduplication before relying on campaign numbers. Platform attribution is useful, but it is not a complete account of why someone bought or a replacement for your financial reporting.
Distinguish new from returning customers, monitor acquisition cost and compare first-order contribution with later purchases. Review refunds, discounts and subscription cancellations alongside sales. When the reporting cannot answer a question reliably, we say so and improve the measurement rather than filling the gap with an invented result. Weekly decisions should reflect the business’s cash and margin constraints as well as the ad account.
Compliant creative that still converts
Benefit-led messaging
Explain the product and its role without unsupported treatment promises or assumptions about the viewer’s health. Work within Meta health policies and applicable EU/FSAI health-claims rules. We work with your regulatory guidance on claims; marketing support is not a substitute for regulatory review.
Facebook and Meta ads managementUGC and founder-led video
Use clear creator briefs, appropriate disclosure and approved scripts. Testimonials are reviewed for the claims they imply, not just whether a customer said them. Founder-led video can explain the brand’s approach without leaning on exaggerated before-and-after promises.
UGC and influencer marketingIngredient explainers
Help customers understand ingredients, formats and product choices using substantiated, approved information. Connect the ad to a useful product page, with consistent claims and clear buying information. Compliance-led creative still needs a strong hook, understandable offer and relevant audience.
Diagnose. Engineer. Compound.
Diagnose: review Shopify performance, new-customer economics, subscriptions, existing creative and your approved claims. Agree margin-aware acquisition targets and identify where tracking or retention assumptions need checking.
Engineer: build Meta campaign structure, measurement and a compliant creative pipeline. Align creator briefs, product pages, bundles and subscribe-and-save offers with your regulatory guidance and commercial priorities.
Compound: test messaging and formats weekly, review customer cohorts and scale what supports sustainable profit. Refresh tired creative and adjust budgets when retention, contribution or payback falls short of the plan.

Supplement and health brand marketing FAQs
Can supplement brands run Facebook ads?
Many supplement brands can advertise on Meta, subject to product eligibility, targeting, creative and destination rules. We review the proposed products and messaging with your regulatory guidance before launch. No agency can guarantee that Meta will approve every ad.
How do you handle Meta’s health ad policies?
Build policy checks into briefs, scripts and landing-page reviews. Avoid unsupported claims and language that implies knowledge of a person’s health. Your regulatory guidance informs approved claims under applicable EU/FSAI rules, and we adapt creative if platform feedback requires changes.
What ROAS should a supplement brand expect?
There is no honest universal number. We set targets from margin, acquisition cost, repeat orders and payback, separating new and returning customers. Our agency-wide 32X ecommerce result is evidence from a fashion client, not an expected supplement return.
Do you help with subscriptions?
Yes. We can align Meta acquisition, subscribe-and-save offers, bundles and Klaviyo retention journeys. Targets use actual subscriber retention and contribution, not a projected lifetime value that assumes everyone stays indefinitely.
Do you produce the creative?
Yes. We plan creative concepts, creator briefs, founder-led video and ingredient explainers around approved messaging. The production scope is agreed with you, including usage rights, disclosure and the review process before anything runs.
Do you work with brands outside Ireland?
Yes. We work with international supplement, health and wellness brands selling into Ireland and the UK. Campaigns account for the market, fulfilment and approved claims rather than assuming one message is suitable everywhere.
